A Hike through Impressive Geothermal Areas
You will hike through one of the most powerful and impressive geothermal areas in Iceland. Located at the foot of the old volcanic cone of Hengill, this hiking trail passes a series of beautiful hot springs en route to the Reykjadalur valley where one can enjoy a bathe in a beautifully warm stream. The tour is a fantastic hiking exploration of hundreds of bubbling mud pool, steaming sulphur vents and boiling water pools.
Minimum Age : 12 yrs.
Included : Transport, guide services and safety equipment.
Excluded : Bring warm clothing, rain gear, swimsuit, small towel and lunch.
Duration : Total of 8-9 hours. 6-7 hours hiking.
Pick up at hotels and guesthouses 30 minutes prior to departure.
